You describe a business problem in your own words. The Site generates an instant, AI-assisted "first take" — a plausible solution direction and a rough price range. This first take is a teaser meant to build interest, not a formal quote, proposal, or binding offer. A human from PRZ Business Consulting follows up afterward with a real, formal proposal before any paid work begins.

You may also book a call directly. Calls are 30-minute slots, weekdays only, and are confirmed by a human team member — booking a slot does not by itself create a contract for services.

The price range shown in the free AI-generated first take is a rough, non-binding estimate — not a quote. Actual pricing for any engagement is set by PRZ Business Consulting in a formal, written proposal and may differ from the first take's range in either direction.

If you describe a business problem to us — whether through the free text intake, on a call, or anywhere else in this process — before any paid engagement exists, we treat that information as confidential and won't use it to compete with you or share it with third parties. Where the Site presents a confidentiality / anti-circumvention agreement for you to sign, that agreement (not this general statement) governs the specifics.

Some parts of the Site (booking management, submission history) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted to PRZ Business Consulting team members.

The Site, including the AI-generated first take, is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that the first take is accurate, complete, or achievable at the price range shown. Formal proposals, once issued, are governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRZ Business Consulting isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on the free first take. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. The effective date above reflects the last update. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
